Julie is a kirtan singer, a yogiraj (master yogi) and teacher trainer of the ISHTA lineage. She has been teaching yoga since 2003, in Berlin since 2007. Her specialties in anatomy, Ayurveda, meditation, Restorative and sound combine to support practices that are creative, friendly to all bodies and levels, and inspire ongoing curiosity about the amazing mix of physical and subtle, mechanical and sublime that makes up life on and off the mat.
