BBT/Absolute Abs & Glutes

     This class will allow you to train with other BBT and USC members in a small group setting. During the Fall and Winter months the class is held indoors with a maximum of 5 people per class.  BBT Absolute Abs & Glutes meets two times per day, 2x per week for 90 minutes per training session. 

 This class will be outdoors for the Summer season (Starting 25 June 2024) at the Wasserturm park across the street from the BBT studio. All participants will meet up at the BBT studio to check in and drop off any personal items or bags.  

All class participants are required to bring the following to class: 

Exercise Mat

Water bottle

Hand Towel

****All other equipment needed for class will be provided by BBT. 

  Traditional Functional Training are Non-EMS group training sessions.

• NON-EMS Functional training workouts are geared to improve physical strength and increase cardiovascular endurance and stamina. 
• Fitness Level : Beginners to Advance
• Additional Fees: (Starting 1 January 2023) BBT Towel Service €2, BBT Shower Pass €2/ 2 minutes,
