A hands-on afternoon on building yoga sequences that make sense.

This workshop is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to understand the why behind a sequence, not just follow along with one. Good sequencing isn't about stringing poses together. It's about building toward something, with intention and a clear arc from start to finish.

We'll focus on the principles that make a sequence feel purposeful, so you leave with tools you can actually use, whether you're planning your own classes or deepening your personal practice.

WHAT WE'LL WORK ON:

principles of sequencing
peak pose planning ( building toward and landing a peak pose )
dharma talk ( weaving theme and intention through a class )
adapting sequences for different levels

This is a practical workshop. Expect to build, test, and refine sequences throughout the afternoon.

Alexa ( who is the creator of STUDIO MOND ) is interested in yoga not only as a physical practice but in everything that comes with it — philosophy, chanting, breath, sound, and the quieter, more subtle parts. In her classes, you might hear the harmonium, explore a piece of yogic wisdom, move through a strong and steady asana practice, or be guided into moments of stillness. Over the years, she has completed more than 1000 hours of training across different yoga traditions. While she continues to explore many approaches to the practice, Jivamukti Yoga and Yin are the methods where she feels most at home. At the heart of her teaching is the wish to create a space where people can experience themselves more fully. Her classes invite students to explore the practice with presence, curiosity, and a sense of joy.

Your booking becomes binding once the 50 EUR deposit has been received. The deposit is non-transferable to other workshops. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the workshop starts.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Until 4 weeks before workshop: no cancellation fee; your deposit will be refunded minus a 25 EUR processing fee.
Until 2 weeks before workshop: 50% of the total workshop fee is due. Any additional amount already paid will be refunded.
Less than 2 week before / no-show: full course fee is due.

You may provide a replacement participant at any time. In this case, the full amount will be refunded minus a 25 EUR administrative fee.
