I’ve been teaching Pilates for over five years, trained through the BASI® Pilates CTTC comprehensive course. Along the way, I’ve also completed courses in Pre- and Post-Natal, Anatomy for Movement, and Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation. I believe that no two bodies are the same, and your Pilates practice should reflect that. My goal is to help you understand your body better, support it fully, and work through any physical challenges with a personalized approach made just for you.
