Please do not participate in Breathwork or Bodywork if you are pregnant, have asthma or lung conditions, epilepsy, retinal detachment, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, serious mental health conditions, history of stroke or seizures, cancer, known family aneurysms, take blood-thinning medication, have osteoporosis or unresolved injuries, or are experiencing acute illness or viral infections.
