Pilates x Sound

I started Pilates long before the hype, not because it was trendy but because I fell in love with this form of mindful movement. It completely changed the way my body looks and feels, and it still shapes the way I move and live everyday. My goal is to help women feel their best in their own skin. Not by chasing perfection, but by building strength, awareness and confidence through thoughtful, supportive movement.

As a certified BASI Pilates teacher I am teaching both mat and apparatus. Through my own experience in going through pregnancy and post-partum my perspective on women’s bodies has deeply evolved. I’ve learned how strong, adaptable and intelligent the female body truly is. I am regularly attending Pilates workshops and trainings to deepen my knowledge and grow as a teacher.
