sound into love - a sound and voice journey

A night full of (self)love to nourish your heart.

In "sound into love" you are guided into a practice (via breath, voice, sounds) to anchor the frequency of love right into your body. Cause frequency + intention = sound healing.

We first start with getting into the body, followed by a short breathing sequence to ground you in the moment. Then I will guide you into some toning exercises (no worries, you do not have to think that you have a beautiful voice - it is about feeling your voice vibrating and not how beautiful it sounds). After feeling the vibrations on the inside, you can lie down for the sound journey.

I am using Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshis, Ocean Drum and most importantly: my voice to guide you into a trance-like state. At the end, there will be silence to integrate the experience.

Soundwork, in its essence, facilitates a space to go deeper and uses the frequencies to transmit information. I use my voice especially for these transmissions.

To receive them, you do not have to understand everything. Just feel and be open to exploring.
