A flowy well rounded Vinyasa Yoga class inspired by my teacher Simon Park. You can expect soft yet strong and mindful movements for the entire body with a focus on the breath. Some Asanas you find in this class are: Skandasana, reverse Skandasana, Lunges, Wild Thing, Dhanurasana, seated poses and an Inversion.
