WakeUp Yoga ist für alle Levels gut zugänglich und kann Elemente aus verschiedenen Stilen beinhalten: Hatha Yoga und Vinyasa Flow, aber auch Myofascial Release, Cardio und Pilates.
À propos de l'entraîneur/professeur
I am passionate about yoga for more reasons than I can fit in a paragraph, but if I would pick the main one it’s because yoga builds bridges; bridges within oneself, among humans, between human and the universe. So, as a dedicated yogi, dance lover and a social researcher specialising in migration and gender studies, I love offering my students a holistic yoga experience and a safe space in which every-body is welcome to enjoy its practice, explore and learn. My teaching style combines traditional Ashtanga poses and sun salutations with more creative Vinyasa flow sequencing. Before and above all, I work on cultivating conscious and healthy breathing in my students. Despite how experienced or beginner yogis we are, moving with the breath helps us make the most out of each yoga asana and flow from pose to pose in a more mindful, smoother, rhythmical and freer way. P.S. In Greek “anasa” means breath - keep repeating the word fast and see what happens!
