Rooted in the essence of Pilates, CHIYAform expands your practice with Sculpt, Barre and HIIT – in a space designed for strength, flow, and everyday balance.

CHIYA is a studio designed around your natural rhythm.

Through our Cycle Sync Pilates method, we match the energy and intensity of each class to the phases of your menstrual cycle – helping you move smarter, not harder.

Expect intentional flows, functional strength, and classes that support how you actually feel – every day, every phase.

super studio, tolle klassen, kann die workouts von ana nur empfehlen!

Habe den Kurs bei Ana gebucht und kann sie sehr empfehlen. Die Übungen haben mir gut gefallen, die Musik hat gut dazugepasst. Hatte ein tolles Gefühl danach und würde den Kurs bei ihr immer wieder besuchen.

Meet the CHIYA(form) Team
We’re a team of girl's girls – and we love movement for all the reasons that go beyond just the workout.

Each of us comes from a different background – in sport, in culture, in energy – but what connects us is our shared belief that movement is a tool for strength, softness, and self-connection.

Whether we grew up dancing, running, lifting, or flowing – we now come together to create a space that’s inclusive, supportive, and rooted in rhythm.

At CHIYA(form), we move with intention. We move with our cycle. And we move together.

You don’t need to “be fit” to begin. · Strong, not skinny. Our classes focus on functional strength, control, and real progress — the kind you feel in everyday life. · Different styles, same standard. From grounding flows to spicy Sculpt sessions, every class is intentional, structured, and effective. · Inclusive energy. Our team speaks more than 10 languages and brings diverse backgrounds into the room. You belong here. · Community without pressure. It’s welcoming, not intimidating. You can come alone and still feel part of something. If you’re looking for a studio that builds strength and confidence — physically and mentally — CHIYA is your place.
· We have all the equipment needed to support your workout. · Door opens 10 minutes before the class starts. · The changing room is both gender, however we do have changing cabins! · no showers available · we highly recommend grip socks · otherwise bring water and a towel
