Tolles Studio! Es wird sehr auf die Ausführung geachtet, die Gruppen sind kleiner, so kann sich die Trainerin besser auf die einzelnen fokussieren 😊.. Komme ab jetzt regelmäßig!

I had a Reformer Pilates session with Ivana and it was great! She explains the exercises very clearly, so it’s easy to follow her. She challenged me in a good way but never pushed me too far. It was a wonderful session. I can highly recommend it. The studio is welcoming and has a calming atmosphere.
