Hi! and welcome to our FLOW studio on Hagelberger Strasse 🤍
This is a space for mindful movement, strength, and reset. At FLOW, you’ll find pilates, barre, and yoga classes designed to support your body and calm your mind. Come and build strength, improve mobility, or simply slow down.
Our experienced coaches guide each session with clarity and care, creating a supportive atmosphere where you can focus on yourself and your practice.
We’re part of Hi! Studios Berlin, with additional locations in Schöneberg and on Sonnenallee. Alongside FLOW, you can also explore:
• RIDE – indoor cycling with music-led energy
• STRENGTH – mindful strength training for full-body power
