Hi! and welcome to our FLOW studio on Hagelberger Str. 🌿
Stretch, strengthen, and reset with pilates, yoga, and workouts designed to make you feel as good as you look.
Our international team of coaches is here to guide, inspire, and turn every session into a mini-celebration – all you need to bring is yourself.
We’re part of Hi! Studios Berlin, with more locations in Schöneberg and Neukölln.

The class and the instructor were great but the studio was too small. It definitely couldn’t accommodate all the people taking the class! There was hardly any room to move your arms without hitting the person next to you. It was very uncomfortable. Moreover the windows were kept closed during class and there was no air conditioning. It was like taking a sauna.
