Hi! and welcome to our STRENGTH Studio at Sonnenallee 💪

This is where HIIT meets full-body training – sweat, burn, and that glorious post-workout power. We’ve got the gear ready to go, so you can just show up and smash it.

Best part? The Sonnenallee building is home to two more Hi! Studios – so alongside STRENGTH you’ll also find:

🌀 FLOW – Pilates, Barre & mindful movement

🚴‍♀️ RIDE – beat-driven cycling with lights & music

Push hard and power through – you’ll walk out stronger (and a little sweatier)
