Hi! and welcome to our STRENGTH studio at Sonnenallee ⚡️

This is where mindful movement meets full-body training. Expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and build real strength with intention.

Our coaches design every session to push you safely, improve your power, and leave you feeling energized and grounded.

The Sonnenallee building is also home to two more Hi! Studios, so you can mix up your routine:

FLOW – pilates, barre & mindful movement

RIDE – beat-driven cycling with music and energy

Train with focus, move with purpose, and walk out feeling stronger, steady, and empowered ✨
